Robert A. Kleist
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Bob KleistBob Kleist founded Printronix in 1974 and serves as its president and CEO. His previous experience included co-founding Pertec Computer Corporation and serving in engineering and management assignments at Ampex, Link Aviation and Magnavox. Kleist holds 17 patents for peripheral and control systems, and he received a BSEE degree from Kansas University and an MSEE degree from Stanford University. He has served on the Seagate Technology board of directors, the Stanford Engineering Advisory Committee, and U.C. Irvine Engineering and Information and Computer Science Advisory Committees. He is a co-author of the 2005 book, "RFID Labeling: Smart Labeling Concepts & Applications for the Consumer Packaged Goods Supply Chain.”

George L. Harwood
Senior Vice President, Finance and Information Systems (IS), Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

George HarwoodGeorge Harwood joined Printronix in October 1988 as senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer. He was appointed to the additional office of corporate secretary in January 1989. In October 1994, Harwood assumed responsibility for Printronix' Information Systems. Prior to joining Printronix, he held senior management positions with Qume Corporation and ITT Automotive Products, Worldwide. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England, Harwood has seven years of public accounting experience, including positions at Price Waterhouse LLP.

C. Victor Fitzsimmons
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations

Victor FitzsimmonsVictor Fitzsimmons joined Printronix in September 1985 as director of information systems and manufacturing. In December 1988, he was appointed vice president, information systems. In May 1990, Fitzsimmons assumed responsibility for Printronix B.V., the company’s Netherlands subsidiary. He was appointed to the additional office of vice president, Irvine manufacturing in October 1990 and gained responsibility for Printronix Schweiz GmbH, its Singapore subsidiary, a year later. Since 1994, he has been responsible for worldwide manufacturing operations.

Juli A. Mathews
Vice President, Human Resources

Juli MathewsJuli Mathews is the vice president of Human Resources. Mathews joined Printronix in March 1977. She developed an innovative cultural awareness program for Printronix. The U.S. State Department and Center for Applied Linguistics adpopted this program, and Mathews helped the agencies train Southeast Asian refugees assimilate into American work forces. She has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and is an alumnae of the AeA/Stanford Executive Institute.

James B. McWilson
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Jim McWilsonAs senior vice president of sales, Jim's responsibilities include distribution sales, major account sales, consumables, spares and services worldwide. Before joining Printronix in 2002, McWilson served as vice president of sales and marketing and corporate officer for Minolta-QMS, where his responsibilities included leading the North and South American sales and marketing teams. He also served as vice president of sales and marketing and as a corporate officer for Genicom from 1995 to 2000. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Kentucky.

David A. Sakai
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing

David SakaiDavid Sakai is the senior vice president of worldwide marketing. Before joining Printronix in 2002, Sakai served as vice president of channel operations for Xerox Corporation's Office Solutions Group. During his 24-year tenure at Xerox, Sakai held numerous senior management and sales positions throughout the organization including general manager; vice president of marketing, light lens business unit; and vice president of marketing, office systems group. He is a co-author of the 2005 book, "RFID Labeling: Smart Labeling Concepts & Applications for the Consumer Packaged Goods Supply Chain." He holds a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
