You will need the Adobe Acrobat® Reader® to view the files. If you do not have the free Adobe® Acrobat Reader, you may get it from www.adobe.com. The PDF files are in US paper size 8.5 x 11 inches. Be sure to change paper size in Acrobat Reader prior to printing if you need A4 or another paper size.

NOTE: If you are having difficulty viewing the PDF File(s) inside your web browser, RIGHT-CLICK on the file you wish to view, and select "Save Target As." Save the PDF File somewhere on your local computer, and double-click to view the file.

Due to the large file size, the PDF file may take a significant amount of time to download and display. Please be patient and if necessary save the file locally as indicated in the instructions above.
