Pilot Implementation - Assisting customers with their smart label pilot programs by:

• Helping transition from bar codes to EPC labels

RFID Rollout Services - When customers are ready for implementation, Printronix Professional Services can:

• Ensure valid encoding and printing of compliant EPC data for smart labels within the customer’s production environment
• Ensure that all elements of the encoded tags meet the latest standards

Smart Label Print & Apply Installation & Integration

• Configuration – As part of an on-site survey, we will provide custom configuration for the applicator to accommodate customer requirements for label size, label positioning, label design, applicator height and orientation, environmental considerations, case size, and conveyor speeds
• Installation – Fully integrate and install smart label applicator to successfully encode and apply labels plus provide operator training and setup support
• Service – Annual maintenance for phone support and on-site break-fix

EPC Data Management & Integration - Printronix Professional Services will leverage its proprietary EPC Data Manager tool to bring added value to end-users EPC data management by:

• Transporting encoded serialized EPC codes to a host database
• Providing a closed-loop system to ensure (1) that ALL allocated codes were successfully encoded, (2) NO duplicate EPC codes have entered the supply chain, and (3) voided tags are tracked and accounted for
• Creating customized reports to support all quality and chargeback auditing
